At SootiDhaage, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns


We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, fragrance, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear
  • Returned in the original packaging

As a premium apparel brand, we maintain strict quality standards. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Sale items, discounted purchases, accessories, intimate wear, gift cards, and any item marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection. Customers are encouraged to review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking deduction of up to 15%, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you wish to request a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: sootidhage@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for reverse shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received is verified as defective.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at: sootidhage@gmail.com

To review your claim, we require:

  • A clear, uninterrupted video of the sealed package being opened
  • The shipping label clearly visible in the video
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

The video must capture the entire unboxing process in a single continuous recording.

Claims submitted without proper video documentation or beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be processed.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Refund Processing


Once a return is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to decline refunds if the returned item does not meet our quality standards.
